The City of Palacios has given me a warm welcome, and for that, I cannot ever be more grateful. The more time I spend in Palacios, the more I grow to love the community and all it has to offer. The seawall is my happy place, and if you ever want to find me after hours, chances are I will be there, unwinding through exercise, but you will have to catch me first!
When I first came to Palacios, I saw abundant opportunities. Many told me of the challenges that would be present. Still, I have yet to describe it as anything but a great opportunity, a chance to create a legacy, a possibility to promote change, encourage growth, foster development, and prepare our little town for greatness. Palacios has so much potential. I firmly believe that we are on the cusp of something big. It takes some fresh ideas, experience, and a little elbow grease.
I am all about leadership and collaboration. Separately, we can do some, but we can do a lot together. We are one team; the city, the county, the commissions, the citizens, the organizations, and special groups; we are all one family; we are all Palacios!
Please know that my door is always open for concerns, visits, or chats. I enjoy meeting the members of our community, and I need as much insight, advice, help, and teamwork as we can muster. Thank you, Palacios, for welcoming me into your city!
