The Hillebrandt Bayou watershed lies in the gulf coast region of east Texas in the Neches-Trinity Coastal Basin. The city of Beaumont, in Jefferson County, encompasses nearly all of the watershed.

The above address is to Tyrrell Park, near the watershed area. The area is along FM 365 around Rodair Gully and Hillebrandt Bayou to LaBelle Road at 30°08′ N, 94°09′.

Watershed drive offers good visibility for variety of birds.

Take a rural drive to view open fields with visibility in all directions. This area is attractive to kestrels, loggerhead shrikes and similar species. Scissor-tailed flycatchers and kestrels use the wires, and larger raptors visit often.
